The cost for each room is $500. Please bring $1000 with you. This will cover your security deposit ($500) and rent ($500). This MUST be paid upon arrival, with no exception! The $500 security depot MUST be paid in cash - Debit Card & Credit Card payments will not be accepted! Make sure you bring this cash with you. Monthly rent will be deducted from your paychecks after you pay the first month.
